INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed
- 1 medium banana
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 cup blueberries
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/4 cup nuts chopped
DIRECTIONS
1. Blend all ingredients in high speed blender.
2. The mixture will be rather thick so make sure you have a good high-speed blender.
3. If you prefer a thinner consistency add more almond milk.
4. Garnish with chopped nuts and mint leaves.
5. Serve and enjoy!
