Blue Velvet Cupcakes For The 4th of July

Using Duncan Hines Blue Velvet cake mix, I made red white and blue cupcakes for the family. I added a tablespoon of cocoa powder to the batter. Then I topped the cupcakes with cream cheese frosting and strawberries. They were gone quickly.
