I had this placed book marked before I even went to NYC, thanks to my friend Sarah who works for Climpsons & Son's Cafe in Hackney who gave me a book on 2012 best coffee shops in NYC. Blue Bottle was at the top of the list, so I definately wasn't going to miss visiting this place.
The Williamsburg site had a light filled industrial interior with great coffee, which is comparable to some of the London's best coffee spots. The staff were uber friendly and didn't seem to mind me taking a few photos and having a chat, which made the experience a treat. There seems to be a big trend in NYC to have drip filtered coffee and these guys certainly know their trade…
