This week’s theme for Blooming Friday over at Roses and Stuff is Photogenic.
What makes a plant photogenic? Is it because it is exotic and unusual? For me the Lotus lily I saw at Giardini La Mortella was incredibly photogenic. I couldn’t stop taking photographs of it.
I don’t think it does have to be an exotic plant. I think that a common and everyday plant such as the Aquilegia above can be just as photogenic. I suppose it all depends on the photographers eye and them being drawn to the plant in the first place.
