Hey everyone! Today I want to talk to all of you who spend a lot of time on the courts in the sun. Even though we are grateful for the opportunity to play competitive and recreational tennis, we must take sun protection seriously! The sun is not our friend, and fortunately, there are many different products you can use and/or wear for protection. Find what suits you best so you can safely enjoy your matches. Remember...train like the pros and for your health!
