Last spring we saw the block heel make an appearance on the runways. Fast forward to the present and block heels are everywhere. Personally cannot get enough.
Although I love nothing more than a classic stiletto, there is something so fresh about the block heel. Casual, sophisticated and most importantly comfortable; the block heel is a new favorite of mine. As someone who is such shoe lover, naturally when I wanted to add one of the seasons biggest shoe trends to my shoe closet, I went to Nordstrom.
Nordstrom has always been one of my favorite places to find the seasons latest and greatest shoes (like the block heel). When I came across this pair of patent nude block heels, I knew they would be a must have for me.
Not only is the price point of this pair of block heels amazing but I love the way they go with just about everything in my closet. For example, I really think they complete even the most casual looks (like jeans and a sweater) but also are perfectly appropriate when paired with a dress.
My feet have really been thanking me lately for swapping stilettos for a block heel, so I am really hoping this shoe trend stays around!
