Plot: When tech billionaire Slater King meets cocktail waitress Frida at his fundraising gala, he invites her to join him and his friends on a dream vacation on his private island. As strange things start to happen, Frida questions her reality.

Story: Blink Twice starts when cocktail waitresses Frida (Ackie) and Jess (Shawkat) sneak into tech billionaire Slater’s (Tatum) gala. They get close to him and get invited to his luxury island without rules. The vacation becomes a constant party of drinks and drugs.
However, when the pair ask when they will go home, things get complicated. Jess senses danger but Frida is caught up in seeing a brighter future with a tech billionaire. It leads to a surprising reveal of what is happening and a race to escape the island.

The movie follows a couple of cocktail waitresses who meet a tech billionaire who offers to take them to his luxury island. It seems like a wild party with endless good times but quickly turns into something much darker than any of imagine.
Best Parts
The movie builds the perfect vacation home very well without showing the darker side of what happens there. Once that is revealed it becomes an intense, disturbing and cruel environment where women must work together to escape. The performances are great and the change in tone gives everyone a chance to show their range.
Worst Parts
The subject matter is going to be too extreme for some viewers, it touches on subjects’ people would get upset about.
