Connecting dotts, an APAC/US strategy agency that connects brands, consumers, talent, and content creators, and INVNT.ATOMTM, a global innovative brand experience agency at the forefront of the digital frontier, worked together to facilitate this collaboration.

The personalities, distinctive characteristics, and band members’ avatars are all incorporated into each piece of art from the ae girls NFT collection in a way that perfectly complements Blake Kathryn’s surreal futurist aesthetics, resulting in the height of artist collaboration. SM Entertainment specifically composed the environment for this collection.

Three parts of the girls NFT series are as follows:

My hope is that it shows how female artists are pushing the envelope of what is possible and fusing the real and virtual worlds to develop a new kind of fandom.

“Communities of collectors and fans now have a variety of new ways to interact with their favorite musicians and artists thanks to NFTs’ adaptability. It has been a remarkable first to bring these worlds together with talent like aespa and Blake.

INVNT.ATOM’s managing director, Elvin Tan, said, “INVNT.ATOM has led the strategy, creative, design, content, artist and auction house management, as well as the marketing campaign execution, and we couldn’t be more pleased. The worlds of art and music are expanded from the physical into new realities through this collaboration, opening up an intriguing new territory for all fans. For fans of K-Pop, we think this is the ideal gateway into Web3, the metaverse, and beyond.”

About aespa

aespa, a fearsome new all-female foursome from SM Entertainment, surpassed 100 million views on their debut video, “Black Mamba,” in an unprecedented debut move (the record fastest for any debut K-Pop video in YouTube history). They debuted at the top of the charts in 95 nations upon release, with Billboard Global Excl. US reaching No. 100 in just 3 days of being counted, which was the highest position for a debut song by a K-pop female group. The female powerhouse KARINA, WINTER, GISELLE, and NINGNING are also represented by their avatars—a concept for telling a story that brought 100 million views in 51 days to a single video.

Aespa is created by combining “ae” (avatar and experience) and “aspect,” moving between virtual and real worlds while the avatars serve as representations of their real-world counterparts. Each “ae,” or avatar, is made from the personal information of each member in a virtual world and can be “rekalled” into reality. In terms of ethos and purpose, aespa stands for something different.

The highest debut position ever achieved by a K-pop girl group on the U.S. album chart was achieved by their most recent debut EP, “Savage,” which debuted at no. 20 on the Billboard 200 chart. The six-track EP, which is highlighted by the title track “Savage,” finished the remarkable fortnight by placing No. 1 on the Top Albums chart of iTunes in 20 different countries. It also peaked at No. 2 on Billboard’s Top Selling Album chart. Insiders in the entertainment industry are willing to bet on them to be the girl group to watch in 2022 because they are unapologetically confident and lean into their uniqueness (with a stake in the sci-fi world). Along with accolades from publications like Forbes, Teen Vogue, Rolling Stone, Flaunt, and others, TIME named them among “The Next Generation Leaders, Class of 2022,” and Forbes Asia included them in their “30 Under 30” list for 2022. They have been chosen as Givenchy and Chopard’s global ambassadors. the most recent designation as Global Up Next on Apple Music

The quartet, who is the artist for June 2022, just released the EP “Girls” – The 2nd Mini Album and the single “Life’s Too Short” via Warner Records.
