Black City Lights is the project of Wellington, New Zealand producer Calum Robb and vocalist Julia Parr,who i got to admit has dream like vocals,they are releasing the EP Parallels via the new label Stars and Letters.
“Rivers” is taken from the EP,and follows their main chill wave genre,and takes its time to turn into a blissful dream song,taking us to an expedition we surely don’t wanna miss.
