Overall, this vacuum is a very good choice if you have plenty of carpets in your home – and a lot of pets to keep it furry.
The Results
One of the biggest problems when dealing with brush rolls is that they usually tend to tangle a lot of hair. You sometimes spend more time untangling it that you do cleaning the whole house.
With this Bissell upright vacuum, however, I had no such problem. The hair was collected by the brush and then “spooled” inside the bin. You’ll no longer have to pick or untangle anything with your hands.
Since the hair is clumped together, it will fall much easier from the container once you open it over the trash bin. You’ll no longer have to reach inside in order to pick and release the hair.
The Febreze odor eliminating system is also a nice touch. While the machine still features a HEPA filter, the Febreze offers a second layer of security. You won’t feel any smells in the air, nor will you feel any allergens tickling your respiratory system.
The 8-foot hose is a great addition that turns this into a very versatile vacuum cleaner. Not only can you clean the rug, but you can also easily cover a flight of stairs or the upholstery of your furniture.

I’ve seen people who claim this is the best vacuum for pet hair that they’ve ever laid their hands on. Someone even called it magical, since it actually manages to collect hair without tangling it all over.
