So as it turns out, I've been completely MIA on the whole blogging front for the better part of two months! I don't have any excuse other than life sometimes passes you by and before you know it you haven't written a blog post since the beginning of January.
Keeping this relatively short and sweet for the moment, I thought that I'd share a few pictures that I took on my birthday at the end of February – the one where I turned 23! Now there's a scary thought if there ever was one. I've never been one for big lavish parties so being the boring type of person that I am, I decided to keep things simple by having a small get together at home with a few family members, choosing to have a few rather tasty cupcakes from Waitrose bakery instead of a proper 'birthday cake' – never been a big fan of all that jam and fondant icing.
