Starting March 1st, I will begin working for Archbold Biological Station as a Seasonal Research Assistant in their Avian Ecology Lab. I will be conducting Florida Grasshopper Sparrow research on the Avon Park Air Force Range. I will be working there until July 31st and I just ordered the three books pictured above to help me plan out my birding adventures on my time off. I am extremely excited to bird south-central Florida for the first time. Alex and Anna of The Nemesis Bird have been birding in the northeast corner of Florida for the past couple of days.
