Hello Beauties, once again I come with one more beauty product review and this time it is about skin care.
We all have different skin related problems like ageing, dehydrated skin, uneven skin tone, scares & stretch marks. All the skin problems are facing by every women no matter what is the reason behind it.
Stretch marks are completely normal when pregnancy rolls around then there is no escaping from stretch marks. As well all know pregnancy is the miracle of life and this miracle leaves behind the marks too. Last year I was pregnant and one of my doctor friend suggested me to use Bio Oil from first trimester for stretch marks and here in this article I am sharing my experience with it.
Description :
Bio Oil us formulated to improve the appearance of stretch marks, scares & uneven skin tone. It is also used for aging and dehydrated skin. It has ingredients like Vitamin E, Vitamin A, lavender oil, calendula oil, chamomile oil, rose marry oil & PurCellin oil and all this ingredients have there own importance in skin care.
You can use it before 36 months from M.F.G dates.
Packaging :
A bottle of Bio Oil comes in a white cardboard box with the instructions manual on it. It has diagram that shows you how to use this oil.
The bottle is transparent with a white screw cap. The opening of the bottle has another white cap with small whole in center. The product has a peachy tint when in the bottle but when you pour it out then it is completely transparent.
It’s packaging it travel-friendly and it is leak proof and sturdy.
How To Use Bio Oil
Take a couple of drops on to your palms and massage it on the affected area for few minutes. To see the effective result do this twice daily for at least 3 months. During pregnancy, apply from the start of the second trimester. Individual result will vary. Suitable for sensitive skin & non-comedo genic.
Precautions :
- For external use only.
- Do not use on broken skin.
- In the unlikely event of skin Irritation, discontinue use.
- Avoid contact with eye if product gets into eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Store out of direct sun light.

My Experience with Bio Oil :
I have started using after my doctor friend suggested me while I was pregnant. She suggested me using it from first trimester of my pregnancy but I started to use it from the second trimester. After I started using Bio Oil my stretch marks have faded considerably. The only regret is that I started using it somewhat late.
So, I have some more stretch marks and it takes a long period of time to lighting it.
Bio Oil definitely lighten the appearance of stretch marks but if you accepting a quick result then it may disappoint you. One must used it continuously for 3 months daily twice a day for visible result.
Now a year have been already passed from my pregnancy and my stretch marks are visibly lighter now.
It does not completely remove stretch marks but it’s on as the company itself does not claim that it can entirely remove or make any scar & -stretch marks vanish all together. It just reduces their appearance.

Bio Oil is a nice and light formulation that feels very light on skin. It has a multiple benefits for different skin problems so you can use it for so many skin problems. Not only for stretch marks but it is very useful for dark spot, dark circle and dehydrating skin and definitely it works like a wonder!!!
