Bill O’Reilly Once Settled A Sexual Harassment Suit For Million
Jobless deviant Bill O’Reilly has been one of the major players in 2017’s “Expose Celebrity Pervs” initiative. O’Reilly recently found his nasty ass having to update his LinkedIn profile with “conservative gasbag seeks new bully pulpit” when he was fired from Fox News in April after the revelation that he had settled multiple sexual harassment lawsuits came to light. Speaking of those suits, The New York Times reports that, back in January, Bill settled one for 32 MILLION DOLLARS. O’Reilly has reportedly pulled some sick shit on women in the past but $32 million dollars? He must have sent nudes that time.
Former Fox News legal analyst Lis Wiehl filed the suit, according to another report by CNN, and accused Bill of “repeated harassment, a nonconsensual sexual relationship and the sending of gay pornography and other sexually explicit material to her.” As if the gays didn’t have enough drama! Fox News has acknowledged that they were aware of the woman’s suit. And to show you exactly how much they cared about their employees allegedly sexually harassing people:
Despite that record, 21st Century Fox began contract negotiations with Mr. O’Reilly, and in February granted him a four-year extension that paid $25 million a year.
This shouldn’t be a shocker since dearly departed former Fox News head honcho Roger Ailes apparently ran the network like he thought their business was human trafficking. Fox News top execs Rupert Murdoch and his sons, Lachlan and James had initially decided to keep Bill on (they had already lost an equally big name in Megyn Kelly) but changed their minds when advertisers started pulling out of The O’Reilly Factor and threatened their cash flow.
The NYT contacted Bill this week about this particular suit coming to light, and he got blustery.
“I never mistreated anyone,” he said, adding that he had resolved matters privately because he wanted to protect his children from the publicity.
“It’s politically and financially motivated,” he said of the public outcry over the allegations against him, “and we can prove it with shocking information, but I’m not going to sit here in a courtroom for a year and a half and let my kids get beaten up every single day of their lives by a tabloid press that would sit there, and you know it.”
O’Reilly’s reps told the NYT that Bill is currently searching for another hosting gig and they believe that Fox is deliberately releasing info like this to screw with his job search. Is the “shocking information” about Bill’s evil twin? What else could make paying off six different women so they wouldn’t take him to court for sexual harassment not paint him as a creep? Did Bill experience an unfortunate zipper accident in the early 80s that rendered him uninterested in sex and was trying to cover the incident up?
