My husband should have thought it through before he responded with complete enthusiasm when I asked him if he wanted to spend this weekend doing some fun projects. Because now I’m going to assume that he wants to build me things do home improvement projects every weekend. Which he probably does want to do, because it gives him an excuse to buy things like tools and hardware. Our new abode has a huge (and kind of unwelcoming) laundry room. It’s on the lower level and due to my recent obsession with American Horror Stories it freaks me out. It needs some color, some storage, and some organization. I found this laundry project on Pinterest and am planning to adapt it to suit our needs. We’re also going to build some shelving and attempt to take a crazy idea I have in my head for improving my desk and make it a reality (even as I type that I know it sounds crazy). Luckily it looks like the weather will be nice so we can do some of these tasks outdoors and enjoy what is left of the beautiful fall weather.
