Buzzfeed reports that Joe Biden strikes again.
This time on a conference call about the gun control measures Barack Obama and Biden pushed so hard for, which failed miserably. The expanded background checks were six voted short. The large capacity ammunition ban 16 votes short. The biggest wish on Obama's list, the Feinstein gun ban on 157 different types of guns, fell 20 votes short.

Vice President Biden told White House allies in the gun control fight Thursday that President Obama will be announcing new executive actions on gun violence in the days after the Senate voted down a gun violence bill.
On a conference call with "stakeholders," Biden told gun control advocates that the fight is not over and that eventual action on gun control will come. Press were not invited to the conference call; a participant provided BuzzFeed with access.
"Look, I know you're going to say that I'm just being an optimist and I'm trying to put a good face on this. But, you know, I've been around here a long time and we've already done, because of you, some really good things," Biden said. "Number one, the president is already lining up some additional executive actions he's going to be taking later this week."
Sounds an awful lot like Obama preparing to once again abuse the power of the presidency.
As an update though, the White House tells Buzzfeed Biden wasn't talking about new ruling by executive order, no..... he was talking about the original list of executive orders.
Update: A White House official told BuzzFeed the executive actions Biden was referring to on the call are part of Obama's original list of 23 executive actions on guns announced in January.
One has to wonder if the White House never tires of running around after Biden and putting out the fires his big mouth gets them into.
P.S.- Doesn't the word "additional" imply more or does Biden just not understand that words have meaning?
