After a long week, my Ninong and I decided to grab a bite at Bon Chon for a much-needed break. We'd been running around all week, and honestly, hunger hit us hard once we finished our errands. Luckily, Bon Chon was there to save the day with their delicious Korean Rice Bowls.
I went with the Ultimate Sizzling Bibimbowl (chicken for me, beef for Ninong), and let me tell you, it's as filling as it gets. The generous serving of meat topped with a perfectly fried egg was the comfort food we didn't know we needed. It had been a while since our last visit, and this meal definitely reminded us why we love coming back.
Our go-to branch is SM Center Congressional, not just because of the food but because it's super convenient-parking's easy, they've got a supermarket, and even Miniso is nearby. Plus, the staff are always friendly, and the place is spotless. If you're ever around, I'd definitely recommend stopping by!
