Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited: Good news for BSNL customers, 35 thousand 4G sites are live

Good news if you are waiting for BSNL (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited) 4G network. The company confirmed yesterday that 35,000 4G sites have gone live. They have also completed the installation of over 7,000 4G mobile towers. These mobile towers will serve to deliver the network to the rural areas of India. Note that a few days ago Telecom Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia announced that 1,00,000 4G sites will be made live by June 2025.

Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia said that BSNL is trying to strengthen the network in cities as well as in villages. The government will try to deliver cheap internet to every part of the country through this government telecom company. Jyotiraditya Scindia said mobile services will be improved with 1 lakh 4G towers.

BSNL is offering free data and 4G SIM

Right now BSNL is offering free 4G SIM upgrade to its customers. This SIM can be obtained from the nearest BSNL office. And 4G bonus data can be enjoyed after this SIM is activated. So those who want to get free 4G bonus data, they can migrate to BSNL by sim porting.

BSNL has started 5G network test

Let it be known that BSNL is aiming to launch 4G network within the next year. The company will also launch 5G services within a few months. Tala has started testing for this. BSNL is running 5G trials at Delhi's Minto Road and IIT Delhi's Chanakyapuri. BSNL is going to conduct multiple 5G trials across the country before Diwali.

BSNL will launch the 5G network with the help of domestic telecom companies like Tata Consultancy Services, Tejas Network, Vihan Network, United Telecom, Coral Telecom, HFCL, Tidal Wave.
