Justin Bieber was amongst a series of celebrities whose mugshots were featured during Jay Z and Beyonce’s “On The Run” Tour Stops. Since the concerts kick off in Miami a couple days ago the performance of “Izzo (H.O.V.A.)” has included a photo of Justin Bieber as Beyonce explains “Even the greatest can fall.” Check out the reaction from fans after the jump, and the photos in the gallery above.
