Step 2 Disconnect everything

Empty the coolant

Final extraction

Unscrew the injectors out carefully from the bracket they're mounted on. Now there are a few things to keep in mind as you pry these out. First, the copper washer needs to be removed. The cup can be reinstalled but you'll need new O-rings when it's time to put everything back in place. You'll run a risk of introducing the coolant into the combustion chamber as you remove the injector. This is why it's extremely important that you drain the coolant earlier.
