Best Cheese Goes to Claxstone Smooth Blue

By Nogarlicnoonions @nogarlicnoonion

A quintessentially unique English cheese, the Claxstone Smooth Blue wins the Best Cheese Award at the International Cheese Awards 2013. Claxstone Smooth Blue is enjoyed for its soft, creamy texture and a mild taste. It is gentle and delicate compared to other blues on the market, yet still has that recognizable tangy flavor and has been crafted to be eaten straight from the fridge.
