If you'd asked me this time last year what I would be doing in a years time I wouldn't of said 'this', in fact I couldn't be further from what I thought I would be doing right now and I hate it. After endless hunting for inspiration and living out of cardboard boxes for weeks, along with no internet to blog, I'm finally sitting in a new blank canvas; a brighter, bigger place with crisp white walls, ready to make my mark. I still have exposed concrete floor in my room as I'm undecided between carpet or wood floor, but for the mean time I'm content with the unfinished, unperfected look of the concrete. There's something about its industrious and basic texture contrasted against the smooth white walls that overrides its practicality.
Just to mention, I did also invest in the leather jacket from Zara featured in my previous post. It's quite possibly the best leather jacket I've owned.
