Bemyfriend and ALTAVA Group Form Strategic Partnership

19 Oct 2022, Seoul, Korea — ALTAVA Group, a fashion metaverse company, and Bemyfriends signed a business agreement for Bemyfriends to be a strategic partner for connecting NFT projects in real life (IRL) and building unique communities for NFT holders.

The collaboration came soon after ALTAVA realized the need to include bemyfriends’ hero solution, b.stage, an all-in-one, web-based SaaS solution that enables brands and creators to manage their very own membership communities and international e-commerce based on their content and intellectual property. ALTAVA Group is certain that this will bring value to its brand partners given the expertise of bemyfriends products and services that let multinational brands and creators closely communicate with followers, categorize their creativity, and profit.

By signing the deal, bemyfriends and ALTAVA Group agreed to look for ways to grow their businesses in the creator economy market by using bemyfriends’ knowledge and experience and ALTAVA Group’s IP. With this business deal, bemyfriends will expand its services that help fandom businesses both online and off to build a real creator economy.

In specific, bemyfriends intends to assist set up the IT infrastructure for both online and offline connections for BAGC KOREA NFT, which is a joint project between ALTAVA Group and Elite Apes. It will also help plan items, run stores, and handle logistics. Using b.stage’s features, it will build an IP holder-only community for Bored Ape Golf Club Korea (BAGC Korea) NFTs and make it easier for NFT holders to talk to each other. By getting NFT certification, holders will also be able to order unique items with their IP and use BAGC golf course reservation features. The two companies are expected to keep looking for ways to work together and find new ways to help their businesses grow.

“ALTAVA’s mission is to help brands explore the opportunities between the IRL and Web3. The partnership with bemyfriends will help us to further expand on this. BAGC (Bored Ape Golf Club) NFT, is a natural way for us to start the process since the project works in reverse and showcase how the IRL can also benefit the Web3.” stated Andy Ku, CEO of ALTAVA group.

“Bemyfriends continues to expand various solutions, services, and partnerships that allow creators and brands to freely launch their own fandom business in any field,” stated Steve Seo, co-CEO of bemyfriends. “We propose a new paradigm that can create and expand the creator economy, including a strategic partnership with ALTAVA Group, and create an environment where anyone can become a subject in their own fandom. We will expand the development of fandom business solutions and integrated services for IP holders.”
