Although this top is cropped. It's a slight crop and when worn with a high waisted skirt - like the one I teamed it with here. My torso can barely be seen, so I did feel it was modest. The beauty of loose fit crops is that they allow air to circulate, which is welcome on extremely hot days.
I'd been wanting a bell sleeve top for a while now. They have a boho/hippie vibe.
