These are photos of the stalls we bought things from: olives, mini-pumpkins and peppers stuffed with cream cheese (these were AWSOME), dry herbs, fresh veggies, Nino got some Serrano ham (see all the dry ham legs hanging). We also got a few bottles different types of beer, we will be doing a little beer tasting session at home this weekend.... my brother Alister would love this!! (Hallo Brüderlein!!!).Instead of going back home for lunch, we snatched some sandwiches and cold drinks and had a nice picnic on the old river bed, which now is a huge park. The best time of year to be in Valencia is August, everyone is on holiday on the beach, so you sometimes get to feel that you have the city to yourself! The big street you can see above is Paseo de la Pechina, one of the bussiest streets in Valencia and look how lovely and empty it was! This is what I wore that day, loving these flats I scored at a street maket back in Spring for a couple of Euros!I know that I am wearing the same dress I showed you here not too long ago, but hey! I am a real person and I do wear my clothes just like people do and repeat outfits!! (although I do try never to wear exactly the same items, change the accessories and you have a new outfit!)I don't see the problem in posting photos of yourself wearing the same item sereral times..... it might just be that I am not made to be a super blogger.. or that I don't have enoigh money... haha!Anyway, gorgeous Stacy wrote about this here and her last words are exacly what I think :)
What I wore:
Hat: Street marketDress: Primark (last seen here)Handbag: Street marketFlats: Street market
Ps. Can't believe this whole outfit costs 18EUR......
