BeBe Winans is health goals for sure!, the Gospel music icon turns 57 today (Sept. 17th) and he looks amazing!
Winans, who use to weigh 255 lbs. encourages his social media followers to get “fit for Jesus,” and is extremely passionate about keeping up with a daily workout routine.
BeBe shared on Erica Campbell’s radio show that at 33 years old, he looked at himself and realized he needed to be more physically active. He says a voice told him he would learn something from cultivating the discipline necessary for his lifestyle, and how it translates into his spiritual life.
The Born For This singer, is not only celebrating his 57th birthday, but the upcoming release of his book “Born For This… My Story In Music”
