A picturesque setting and a couple madly in love are the basic elements of a gorgeous wedding, just like the beautiful summer wedding in Tinos we are sharing today! Michaela and Giannis could not have get married anywhere else than in Tinos; an island they fell in love with at the beginning of their relationship and which they visit every single summer! White, fuchsia and mint green were the main colours used for the decoration, which was simple yet perfect for an island wedding, and beautiful bugambilias were used for the bridal bouquet and for various flower arrangements! We really liked the Atelier Zolotas wedding dress with lace and a tulle skirt, which was the ideal choice for an island wedding!

“We met on a snowy day after Christmas in 2011 at Escoba cafe in Kifisia! I went there for an afternoon coffee with my friends and he was going to join us too; he was a friends’ friend who I have heard about, but I have never met! I still remember him coming in, I remember what clothes I was wearing; I have kept those clothes as a keepsake! I left early because I had arranged to go to the theater. The next day he took the initiative and book tickets for my favorite show and this is how our story started”, the bride shared with us.

“The ceremony took place at the seaside chapel of Stavros in the ancient harbor of Kionia in Tinos. We fell in love with Tinos many summers ago, at the beginning of our relationship. It feels like home and we are looking forward to got there every year, so that is why we chose to have our wedding there. “My wedding dress was from Atelier Zolotas. It was made and adjusted for me. I have never felt more beautiful and with more confidence wearing a dress! It had beautiful thick Greek lace on the bodice that was perfect for an island wedding, and thin, soft tulle on the skirt with a lace edging; it looked beautiful every time I moved, especially when I was dancing. I really enjoy it!”
