Beaufort Ruby

With the crisp mornings, it's time to bring out the knitwear, tailored outerwear and my latest Radley bag to compliment the autumnal colours.

Autumn is my favorite time of year, all the leaves changing through the colours and that chill in the air. You can justify hot chocolate all day and there's cosy knits everywhere! It also means I can bring this coat back out into everyday wear and believe me, I've been wearing it quite a lot lately, so I'm definitely glad I picked it up in the sale in January. I like to layer a slouchy jumper underneath and my go-to skinny jeans, then dress up with a pair of boots like these Primark bargains (Primark are seriously having a moment with their footwear this season! I'm impressed) or some trainers for something more casual.

My gray Radley bag gets used daily, so it seemed like a good time to bring some color into the usually very monochromatic wardrobe. This one is a very similar size, so I'll be able to fit in all the essentials (and pack anything extra...as we all do!) but a lovely autumnal shade. I guess I've unintentionally coordinated my lipstick to my bag here too, oops!
