Gawad Kalinga ambassadress Bea Rose Santiago may have lived a charmed life in Toronto, Canada, but her heart will always remain in her province, Masbate. The young beauty has already competed in plenty of beauty pageants in the past, such as the Miss Tourism Queen of the Year 2012 in Nanjing, China, and Mutya Ng Pilipinas Overseas, where she earned the title, back in 2011.
The first Masbateña to join the prestigious beauty pageant, Bea is a charming Communications student from York University.
