Over the Summer, Hopetoun Farm Shop Head Butcher Derek Mackintosh will be helping you reduce waste and buy better cuts by holding themed BBQ events.
The award-winning West Lothian Farm Shop, located on the Hopetoun Estate near South Queensferry, is hosting a series of themed BBQ events over the summer months, from June to August.
The themed events, starting in June, will showcase different meat each weekend:
Sausages – 26-28 June, 17-19 July, 7-9 and 28-30 August
American style pulled meats – 3-5 July, 31-2 and 21-23 August
BBQ (kebabs, burgers etc) – 10-12 July, 24-26 July and 14-16 August
