Buwis Buhay Peak is one of the main attractions of a day hike to Kandungaw Peak in Dalaguete, Cebu. ⛰️ The name is self-explanatory because it’s the ultimate challenge for fear of heights! 🙃 Thankfully, I passed the test and managed to sit by the cliff! Yaaay! 🙌🏻 My knees were OK, but my right hand was shaking for the first few seconds! 😅
The Bisdak guide Kuya Lucas stalled me there for 5-7 minutes to take our photos. 📸 “Got the hang of being hung” to the point that I already felt relaxed 😌 and even dared to look down. 👀 He warned me, “Wag ka tumingin sa baba.” But he was surprised with my reply, “Nakatingin na po ako. Pwede po ba tumayo sa bato?” 🤭 With that, he immediately ushered me to the next peak. Wag na magpasaway, Lalay! Hahaha! 😝
