The bardot sleeves and boho style has been around for a while if the high street is anything to go by, but I've never really considered trying it. I guess you could say I was too comfortable in my tee and jeans. That was, until I spotted this lace detail bardot top by Izabel London. It's a flattering fit and the lace detail makes it really girly.
Having quite a neutral palette keeps makes this a classic look, whether you're shopping, out with the girls or on a date it's easy to dress the top up with a pair of heels like I've done here, or a some flat sandals to keep it more casual. I've kept the jewelry simple too, stacking rings from Pandora, Kate Spade and Jewellery Box alongside my new Lola Rose bracelet.
Believe it or not, this was my first visit to the Customs House in South Shields and after taking a few snaps, Laura and I tucked into a great lunch. I would highly recommend their cheesecake. Next time I'll be back for one of their comedy events.
Have you tried bardot tops this season?
