ENG | There is nothing better than the good weather, the Easter meetings and a great barbecue, as my family and I did this past weekend at our country house.
For the BBQ you see in the photos we used 1 rabbit, 4 artichokes, 1 green pepper and a good bunch of thyme, to taste the Mediterranean forest in every bite.
ESP | No hay nada mejor que llegué el buen tiempo, la Pascua, las reuniones con la familia/amigos y una buena barbacoa, como la que hicimos este fin de semana pasado en la casa de campo de la familia.
Para la barbacoa que veis en las fotos utilizamos 1 conejo, 4 alcachofas partidas, 1 pimentón verde y un buen manojo de tomillo, para que se saboree el bosque mediterráneo en cada bocado.
