Dear Diary: O happy day! Not only am I going to South Africa for a week for Mandela's funeral and allied ceremonies, where I will be seen daily in the company of the great and famous, but that will be followed by my Hawaiian vacation. All of this and the tidal wave of media coverage of Mandela's passing will take everybody's mind off the politically awkward aspects of Obamacare. Fate is indeed smiling in my direction. But enough about me.
