Bangkok sea life ocean world is located in the basement of Siam Paragon. We got our tickets from Klook.com at a discount rate, tickets could be bought at their official websites too. As we purchased our tickets online, we carried our passport along with us as an ID proof.
Our ticket was a combo pack (Rs.1500) for which we got entry into ocean world, along with glass boat ride and a 4D show. If you have not yet visited Madame Tussaud's museum, I would advise you to get the combo ticket which has both Ocean Park and Tussaud's museum.
You will require 3 hours to get a good look at all the sea creatures. Strollers are allowed inside, so if you are traveling with a small kid, you could do so hassle free. First, we took our glass boat ride, we were accompanied by the sea life staff who explained about the sharks and stingrays that were seen around and beneath the boat.
Sea life ocean world is well organized, name and the details about every exhibit is mentioned clearly. We were stunned by the large display unit and the wide range of sharks and stingrays. They have separate habitats for frogs as well as penguins. There is ample space to sit through out the aquarium, you will never feel tired for the entire duration of the tour. Jellyfishes were kept near the exit, still they were mesmerizing.
After finishing the ocean world, we moved on to the 4D (10 minutes) show. It is an average show, so it is better to skip this show.
Bangkok Sea Life Ocean World is better than Singapore as well as Dubai aquarium. It is big, affordable, well organized and has a wide variety of sea creatures. It is a must visit place in Bangkok, esp when you are traveling as a family.
