Before I went to Lancome Hynose Show Collection event about two weeks ago, I met Ms. Marie from Baked Philippines and handed me these cupcakes and their new recipe, Peanut butter Oatmeal Chocolate chip cookies (quite long huh? ). I was so excited to go home and try them. Unfortunately, something happened when I was about to ride the MRT and the box of cupcakes got distorted and I’m lucky to save these cupcakes. Forgive me if I won’t be able to show you the box because it’s a complete mess. :\
I was given a box of six cupcakes (2 pcs. for each flavor). And I’m so excited to present them to you!
The Delicious Mess Cupcake
This is the first cupcake that we’ve tried. Boyfriend and I ate the cupcakes together *laughs*. This cupcake is filled with chocolate shavings on top and vanilla icing. It’s super delicious. I mean it. I even asked le BF “If you would rate this cupcake from 1-10, what’s score will you give?” I was amazed when he said without any hesitation, “I’ll give it a 10!” He is very picky when it comes to food and yet he gave this a perfect 10 and I know definitely why. This is our favorite among the 3 flavors we got to try.

Peanut Butter Vanilla Cupcake
This cupcake is the simplest among the 3 cupcakes we ate. The bread or the cake itself tastes so good. Imagine a peanut butter bread, but better. That’s how it tastes. The Vanilla icing on top is yummy too. It has the right sweetness (not too much, not less). I apologize for the icing as it was damaged during my travel going home.

C and C (Chocolate and Cookies) Cupcake
Last, but not the least is this C and C Cupcake. I so love the name of this
I remember CC Cream *laughs* It has chocolate shaving that was rolled on top and cookie flavored icing with chocolate bits. This is our second favorite cupcake. It’s so delishh! The cake or bread is so fine and soft when you eat it. The icing and chocolate shaving taste so good together. This is like a perfect combo cupcake.Rating:
Overall, we are so much satisfied with these cupcakes from Baked. What I also love about these cuppies is that, they are big enough and you will really fill full after eating one cupcake. Boyfriend said it’s equivalent to a meal. It’s really worth it. I’ll be updating this post with the prices but as far as I know, they cupcakes are around 60 above depending on the flavor. I wish Baked Philippines will put up their own cafe soon, and I’m pretty sure they will be a big hit in the metro. I hope that they can have one in the south too so I can visit them often.
