Reuters is reporting that the Bahrainian Commerce and Tourism Minister Zayed bin Rashid al-Zayani announced today it would not distinguish imports from Israel between products made from settlements in occupied territories and those made within the Israel (ie within the green line).
According to Al-Zayani, "we will treat Israeli products as Israeli products, so we have no issue with labelling or origin".
The Palestinians are obviously upset. The Bahranians (similar to the Emirates) don't seem to care.
I find it ironic if not funny how the Europeans (and some Americans) care more about this BDS stuff, and are more concerned about the Palestinians, than the Arabs themselves....
