The new Trifolio bags, together with the other seasonal novelties, are the protagonists of the project Rising in Hollywood on Ferragamo.com. Four short films dedicated to the stories, emotions, and ambitions of a group of young women from the new wave creative and entrepreneurial Hollywood.
The project, directed by Francesco Carrozzini, celebrates Salvatore Ferragamo's link with the Hollywood film industry: in 1923 the Italian shoemaker opened his first store in Santa Barbara, California: the Hollywood Boot Shop; and over the years he had among his client's many stars of the big screen including Greta Garbo, Marlene Dietrich, Rita Hayworth, Marilyn Monroe, Ingrid Bergman, Audrey Hepburn, and other unforgettable divas.
