Verdict on Bad Girl Boogey
Bad Girl Boogey is a horror movie following a group of friends that find themselves targeted by a masked killer. They must work together to solve the murders and figure out why they have been targeted.
This is a slasher movie that uses homophobic hate as the motivation behind the mask’s killing. It shows the community that has been placed in fear. While the slasher elements involved work well, with the mask adding plenty of mystery to the movie. It does look to show the problems a community of people go through even without the slasher killer involved. The performances are great from the whole cast too. There is one moment that feels like we are in the Terrifier universe of how graphic the sequence is.
Final Thoughts – Bad Girl Boogey is a great slasher movie.
