The terrorists in Gaza are similar to teenagers in that they mostly function in the evening and night hours, and sleep by day. That is why the rockets and air raid sirens have all been by night until now. Or maybe they normally just work US hours....
Today in the middle of the day, the terrorists from Gaza sent a barrage of rockets into Israel. Very unusual timing, and us Israelis were totally unprepared for it. The civilians, I mean. I assume the Israeli army was just fine. We are used to this happening at night, not by day.
It seems the terrorists had a bad day of sleep, so they got up in the middle of the day and did some work, shooting rockets at Israel, and then went back to bed.
