
In this Keto-friendly recipe, crispy bacon wraps tender chicken breasts that are stuffed with creamy guacamole. There are lots of great tastes and textures in this dish, making it perfect for a full meal.
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup guacamole
- 8 slices bacon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F 200C
Butterfly each chicken breast and season with salt and pepper
Spread 1/4 cup of guacamole onto each chicken breast
Roll up the chicken breasts and wrap each with 2 slices of bacon
Place the bacon-wrapped chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and bacon is crispy
Serve hot and enjoy!
