Bacon Cheddar Biscuits

While the peeps will be dining on burgers hot off the grill this July 4th, we will be chowing down some delicious biscuits fresh out of the oven!

1 cup brown rice flour 1 cup oat flour 1/2 cup rolled oats 1 tbl. flaxseed meal 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 6 slices of bacon, crumbled 1/2 cup applesauce 1 egg 1 tbl. water
  1. Combine wet ingredients, add in dry to form dough.
  2. Roll our dough to 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Cut out with round biscuit cutter.
  4. Bake in 250 degree oven for approx. 2 hours.

Makes 15 - 2 inch biscuits
