When it comes to lingerie, I can't tell you how many times I've heard how it's all about you knowing what's underneath, even if no one else does. When I was younger, I had a hard time buying into that concept. Until I tried it. These days, one of my best kept little secrets for getting dressed in the morning, is starting with a great foundation. Whether it's an athletic-inspired look or a full-on ball gown, having on the right stuff underneath is an easy way to jump-start inspiration for an outfit. In my opinion, if you're going to commit to a certain look, there's nothing wrong with committing fully. From the second I start getting ready (even while I'm standing there in my underwear) I'm already getting outfit inspiration.
This season I've found myself loving Hanes New Collection Lookbook. It has a little bit of everything. I'm obsessed. As you know, I have a bit of fashion ADD. I'm thinking it might be on the verge of becoming a full blown fashion multiple personality disorder. My style tends to vary day-to-day (depending significantly on my mood) and my fashion favorites for this Fall are no exception. But no matter if I'm opting for a Sporty, Preppy, or Glam look, if I'm wearing my Hanes Basics under my outfit I have the confidence to pull of any look.

One of my personalities has been leaning towards a sporty and minimal look for Fall. There is something about a neutral color palette that is so very modern & sophisticated. Throw in a pair of tennis shoes and now it's edgy too. Let's face it, I just love a look that screams Off-duty Model.

Back to School just makes me want to put on my girliest dress and pearls. Call me crazy, but I love a Legally Blonde vibe...blame it on all of the new Kate Spade school supplies (which I think Elle would just adore). There is something so satisfying about wearing head-to-toe pink.

Said to be the hue of royalty, purple is one color that is always sure to make me feel like a glamazon. Last fashion week there were so many luxurious fabrics and rich shades of jewel-tones, the six month lag in production seemed like an eternity. Luckily Fall is just around the corner, and I have my favorite purple Hanes boy briefs to tide me over until then.
