Well I am officially back in San Diego. I’m happy to be home and sleeping in my own bed…. my little babe is sick so I will be busy taking care of her.
I spent the last week up on the Central Coast enjoying the holidays with friends and family. On Christmas Day we made our way over towards Yosemite for a fun day in the snow. My daughter Sailor {who is almost two now}, hadn’t ever actually played in the snow before so that was fun. It was a bit icy and she thought it was funny to throw pieces of snow covered ice at people. Her cousins didn’t think it was quite as funny :)
Christmas night we went to see Les Miserables {which was opening night}. I highly recommend it as long as you are prepared that it is primarily singing. And by that I mean there were a total of three or four sentences actually spoken in three hours. The set design and emotion portrayed was spectacular. It was an amazing film!
On a side note, I cannot believe it’s the end of the year already!
Any New Years resolutions that you didn’t follow through with in 2012 that you wish to resolve in 2013?
