Baby Corn Fritters is a lip-smacking crunchy snack. As the name suggests the fritters are made by deep frying the baby corns dipped in a chickpea flour batter. The baby corn is not only rich in fiber but also stimulates digestion and improves vision for your little ones. Serve the fritters as tea time snack or party starters with some dip of your choice.
Baby Corn Fritters
Ingredients:
- 10 baby corn
- 1/4 cup chickpea flour
- 2 tablespoon rice flour
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon chat masala
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
Method:
- Most importantly, wash the baby corn and boil them in enough salted water in a saucepan until cooked.
2. In a bowl, take the chickpea flour, rice flour, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, salt, and chat masala.
3. Mix everything. Now add little water at a time and make a batter, which is not very thin.
4. Add the boiled baby corn to the batter and coat from all sides.
5.Heat oil in a deep saucepan.
6.Add the baby corn dipped in the batter to the hot oil and deep fry on medium flame until golden brown from all sides.
7. Remove the fried baby corn fritters on an absorbent paper.
8. Serve hot with dip of your choice.
