Autumnal Tartan

I was out walking through the park the other day and it dawned on me that autumn is well and truly here.  The leaves have turned and there is nothing but beautiful warm colours everywhere.   I love it so it instead of rebelling the chilly days I'm embracing each of them.
I often have various meetings or lunches to go to where I don't want to just where casual items, and even though in the summer it can be a tricky task it's often ten times worse in the colder months.  I love wearing dresses but gone are the months I can wear my floral numbers, (I sometimes need reminding that summer has gone for a year) instead I'm all about autumnal tones and tartan goes hand in hand with that.

I do like tartan and don't get me wrong I'm embracing the classic pattern this season, but sometimes it can stand out more than the garment style itself.  Having a dress like this that is subtle with its pattern but is still up to date for the season is a perfect addition to your wardrobe.
