Autumn Themed Wedding Photography

As you might already know – along with the lovely Shelly from Toast Photography, I run the Be. Wedding Photography Workshops. We do a fantastic 2 day bootcamp ‘kick in the ass’ workshop that includes two styled shoots (one focusing on the ‘light side’ and the other focusing on the ‘dark side’) and a rockin business day that helps photographers streamline their businesses into well oiled machines. We take a small number of delegates and commit ourselves to helping them out every way we can and make some really amazing friends along the way.
Here are a few of my snaps from this weekend’s workshop. I focus on teaching new delegates how to get relaxed, natural photographs from their subjects in the ‘light side’ shoot and Shelly focuses on teaching them how to deal with dark DARK environments without fear. Our models for the light shoot – Emma & Al – were a real life married couple and they were just beyond cute.
Our venue design was done by Simply Vintage with flowers and set prep from Stems and those ladies are AWESOME at creating beautiful spaces.
The dresses were on loan from Fable & Promise. You may remember them as the designers who made Daisy’s gorgeous frock. I cannot tell you how much I love Fable & Promise dresses. They know how to do bridal in a way that can only be described as rock and roll elegance.
Our cake was provided by Lynne at Truly Scrumptious Cakes By Lynne and was covered in my favorite – SUNFLOWERS! Stationery was awesomely created by Satin & Tat.
We made all the magic at the gorgeous East Riddlesden Hall – one of my very favorite venues in Yorkshire.
I can’t wait for our next workshop in March! Ohhh… I wonder what kind of pretty we will have in store…..
