Disclosure: I am a brand ambassador for True Aussie Beef & Lamb. (Yes, I'm very lucky to be working with a great company!) And, I'm compensated for creating recipes, including this one, aussie grassfed beef harissa meatball fruit kabobs, and for them using their product(s). Believe me, I don't partner with any brand unless I truly believe in and support their product(s). And, most importantly, would feed these products to my family and friends! All these opinions and the creation of this recipe are credited to me.
Summertime is when you want easy and sweet living! And, this recipe, aussie grassfed beef ribeye steak easy oven meal, is just that! It takes no time at all. In fact, in the time that my hubby and his buddy, Captain Dale, moseyed down to our dock to get the john boat out of the water and on the lift, this meal was done. Yes, that's how quick and easy it is.
Now, what I love about this easy oven meal is that it's primarily done in the oven. Yes, you're going to pan sear the aussie grassfed beef in a cast iron skillet on the stovetop. But, you'll put that delicious skillet of goodliness right in the oven with the veggies.
