L-R: Paco Rabanne Lady Million (50ml)*, MAC 'Crosswires' Lipstick*, Garnier Moisture Match Cream, MAC 'Satin Taupe' eyeshadow, Bumble and Bumble Thickening Hairspray*I can't quite believe it's September tomorrow! Not only does that mean I'm back to uni for my final year (eek) in a matter of weeks, but the countdown to my 21st officially begins. I can't wait for my boyfriend to return from his holiday on Wednesday so I can give him his presents but I know as soon as that's over I'll be getting the dreaded "...so what can I get you for your birthday?" related questions! Anyway, on to this month's favourites.
First up is a perfume that's been a firm favorite and a regular on my shelf for some time now. I recently was tidying my wardrobe when I came across a new, unopened bottle of 'Lady Million'* that I'd been given for Christmas (oops). It smells amazing and it's one I would happily buy again and again.
MAC 'Crosswires' lipstick* (post here) was a new addition to my collection through the back2mac scheme. It's a gorgeous coral/pink that's not too bright for everyday wear and completely different to the other shades I have.
The Garnier Moisture Match cream for dry/very dry skin (post here) is an absolute gem. Not only has it worked wonders on my skin, it smells great too. It's definitely something I will be stocking up on for the winter months.
MAC 'Satin Taupe' is a shade I found 'shopping my stash' and it's become a firm favorite since. It's such a lovely wearable color that really complements my green eyes. Due to the frost finish, it's really good for building up if you want a more dramatic look.
Bumble and Bumble's Thickening Hairspray* was a freebie with Elle (which I've only just got round to reading!) I've used the surf spray somewhat religiously over the summer but now as the temperature seems to be decreasing a little, my wavy mess seems a bit out of place. The Thickening Hairspray works wonders when I blow dry my hair and want to keep some volume. I'll do a full review soon, the only thing I'm not so sure about is the scent...
