According to the synopsis, “the king” is going to be the new historical drama of Netflix Originals. This is a drama that is totally based on Henriad plays of William Shakespeare. According to the Metacritic, the king has a rating of 62 out of 100. Therefore, the critics are divided amongst each other with some hailing. The hailing is that the film has an epic period piece. Whereas others are found incredibly boring.

This is the film that has not released yet but is having a wider audience than others. It is very much surprised to find that IMDb has 800 user ratings for “the king”. Therefore, the current score, for this release is 7.0 out of 10.
